Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

Elephant On The Wall will gladly accept eligible merchandise for return and refund within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Do you offer free returns?

No. Return costs are on behalf of the buyer.

How to make a return?

1. Start a Return

Access your Customer Account here and logging into your account. Go to Order History to initiate the return. Complete the steps online.

2. Return Label

You will receive a return initiated email to confirm your return has been initiated.

After your request is sent, reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return label.

Download and print your return label from the confirmation page within the portal.

Add the label to the original package.

3. Get Your Return Ready

Place new and unused items in the original package. Please do not combine separate orders into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.

4. Drop Off Your Package

Drop off your package to the courier of your choice. Elephant On The Wall is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 30 days from delivery.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

I want to Edit or Cancel my Order

Once your order has been submitted, the order goes immediately to processing and then it’s sent to shipping. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.

This means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including but not limited to:

  • Canceling your order or items from your order
  • Changing the color or size of any items
  • Adding items to your order
  • Changing your billing or shipping address
  • Changing payment method
  • Changing the Shipping Method

If you'd like to place an additional order, remember our shipping is free over €50. If you receive your order and decide you still want to return it, you can create a return here.Please make sure to review our return policy here.

Track My Order

If you have an account, you can navigate to your order history to view your order status and track your orders. Otherwise, you can find your order by clicking here.

All orders placed Monday-Friday (during non-promotional periods) before 17:00 will ship the same business day once production is completed. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day once production is completed (Monday-Friday).

Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing. 

Domestic Shipping Methods

Shipping options may vary depending on your delivery address and the timing of your order. 

Standard (Ground Shipping): delivered within 3-5 business days.

Refused or Missed Shipments

If your package is unable to be delivered, and is returned to sender, you will be refunded once the order has been received and processed in our fulfillment center. Orders returned to sender cannot be re-shipped, so please place a new order for your items.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please wait another 24 to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
