3. Which sizes of wall art are available?
All of our prints and wall art are available in multiple sizes, from small prints perfect for a gallery wall to large statement pieces for living rooms, offices, and bedrooms. We follow the ISO Standard ratio.
4. Do your art prints come with frames?
We offer both framed and unframed wall art options. Product descriptions clearly state whether the artwork is eligible with a frame or as a print-only option.
5. How long does it take to process an order?
Our print-on-demand wall art is typically processed in 3–5 business days. Since each piece is made to order, this ensures top quality and careful handling.
6. How long does shipping take for wall art?
Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days in the EU. You’ll receive a tracking number once your art print or framed artwork is on the way. Shipping times are not guarantee.
7. Do you ship internationally?
All orders are produced and shipped locally near your location to ensure a fast delivery. We are currently shipping in the EU, US, Canada and Australia.
8. Can I track my wall art order?
Yes, of course. Once your poster or art print ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
9. What happens if my wall art arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a free replacement as quickly as possible.
10. Do you accept returns on wall art?
Yes absolutely, within 30 days of delivery. We offer an Easy-Return and Money-Back-Guarantee on all orders. However, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
11. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately not. Cancellations aren’t possible since all orders goes into production and shipping immediately upon purchase.
12. How do I care for my wall art prints and frames?
To keep your wall art looking vibrant, avoid hanging it in direct sunlight or humid areas. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth for best results.
13. Will the colors of the wall art match what I see online?
We use high-resolution printing for true-to-life colors, but slight variations may occur due to different screen settings. Due to this, we cannot guarantee color accuracy. However, rest assured, your artwork will look stunning in person.
14. Are your wall art materials eco-friendly?
Yes. We partner with printers who use eco-friendly inks, sustainably sourced paper, responsible printing methods and ethical forestry—so your wall art is beautiful and environmentally friendly.
15. Do I own the copyright to the artwork when I purchase it?
No. When you purchase a print, canvas, or framed artwork from our shop, you are buying the physical product only. All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of "Elephant On The Wall".
